Rental regulations

§1 Only the person (hereinafter the “Tenant”) has the right to use the borrowed equipment, which they have confirmed receipt of by payment and familiarization with the loan agreement. If this is not the case, a third party must be reported.

§2 A refundable deposit, as stated in the rental price list, must be paid for the rental of movable property, unless otherwise stated.

§3 The rental is only possible upon presentation of one of the following documents:

a) A valid Czech national ID card (or a residence permit for foreigners in the Czech Republic)
b) A valid passport
c) A valid EU driver’s license
d) A mobile phone number

§4 The Tenant must be of legal age (i.e., over 18 years old) and fully capable of legal acts. The Lessor reserves the right not to conclude a contract with a person if there is a reasonable suspicion that they might cause damage to themselves or third parties when using the movable property.

§5 The rental fee is due immediately upon receipt of the equipment.

§6 The Tenant is obligated to verify the technical condition of the borrowed item before receiving it and paying the rental fee.

§7 After receiving the item, the Tenant assumes full responsibility for the borrowed item until it is returned to the Lessor.

§8 Driving or using the borrowed item is at the Tenant’s own risk. The Lessor is not responsible for any damage caused by the Tenant, the borrowed item, to their own property, to other movable or immovable items, to other persons, or for the Tenant’s health during the entire rental period.

§9 The Tenant assumes material responsibility for all borrowed items.

§10 In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the borrowed item, the Tenant must immediately report this to the Lessor. In case of theft, the Tenant is obligated to report the incident to the Czech Police.

§11 If the rental item is not returned by the agreed deadline, the Tenant is required to pay overdue rent for the period exceeding the original rental term.

§12 In case of loss or theft of the borrowed items, the Tenant is obligated to pay the Lessor the cost of the borrowed item as listed on the Lessor’s website.

§13 The Lessor has the right to use the deposit to cover any damage caused by the Tenant, as well as any claims arising from the Tenant

§14 The Tenant agrees to cover all costs associated with the repair of the borrowed item within ten days of receiving the invoice and payment request, if the deposit does not fully cover the amount.

§15 The rules for proper use of the borrowed item are part of the item’s receipt, and by paying the rental fee, the Tenant confirms that they have been familiarized with and will comply with them in full.
