Von den Orten Schmilka, Bad Schandau und Ostrau f\u00fchren mehrere Wanderwege hierher. Die Schrammsteine \u200b\u200bwerden im Norden durch das Kirnitzschtal (hier verl\u00e4uft die Stra\u00dfenbahnlinie von Bad Schandau), im S\u00fcden durch das Elbtal und im Osten durch die Felsformation Affensteine \u200b\u200bbegrenzt. Die Gipfel der Felskette liegen \u00fcber 400 m \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel und der h\u00f6chste Gipfel (Schrammsteinaussicht \u2013 417 m) ist \u00fcber Stahltreppen erreichbar.
