Die Verhandlungen \u00fcber den Bau begann 17. M\u00e4rz 1889 in Krasna Lipa, Wenn der Grundbesitzer F\u00fcrst Kinsky erlaubt oben auf der Tanne zu bauen. Bau, entworfen von dem Architekten Varnsdorfsk\u00e1 Stoy, trat der Zweig Ji\u0159et\u00ednsk\u00e1 Berg Vereinigung f\u00fcr Nordb\u00f6hmen Unternehmen Eiselt Kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 L\u00edpa. Als Mauerbauer verwendete haupts\u00e4chlich lokalen Kling. Aussichts, deren Konstruktion erforderlich, um eine Gesamt 5 200 Gold, Es wurde eingeweiht 14.
